一(yi)、一(yi)體化凈水器設備介紹
一體化凈水(shui)器(qi)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)集絮凝,沉淀(dian),排污,反(fan)沖洗,集水(shui)過濾等工藝中的(de)精華之大成,不需要人員(yuan)操作(zuo)就(jiu)能夠達到單(dan)體全自(zi)動(dong)運行的(de)系列(lie)凈水(shui)裝置,一體化凈水(shui)器(qi)是(shi)(shi)實(shi)現水(shui)廠(chang)自(zi)動(dong)化管理(li)的(de)重(zhong)要單(dan)元,再配以(yi)公司生產的(de)JY型自(zi)動(dong)加藥裝置及消毒設備,就(jiu)可以(yi)成為(wei)一個具有全套功能的(de)凈水(shui)站或(huo)者(zhe)凈水(shui)廠(chang)。
二、一體化(hua)凈水器設備兩大系統
1、快速斜管沉(chen)淀器
快速(su)斜管(guan)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)是在(zai)傳統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)流式沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang)改(gai)進而成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de),在(zai)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)內設(she)置(zhi)了(le)斜管(guan),增加(jia)(jia)了(le)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)面積(ji)(ji)(ji),因此(ci)斜管(guan)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)效率得到大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提高。使同(tong)(tong)等(deng)面積(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)增加(jia)(jia)了(le)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)量,換言之,在(zai)處理同(tong)(tong)等(deng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量的(de)(de)(de)前提下,可(ke)縮(suo)小設(she)備(bei)(或裝置(zhi))的(de)(de)(de)體(ti)積(ji)(ji)(ji),減少設(she)備(bei)投資。增加(jia)(jia)了(le)斜管(guan)縮(suo)小設(she)備(bei)體(ti)積(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)(tong)時(shi),在(zai)技術(shu)上(shang)還大(da)(da)大(da)(da)改(gai)善了(le)水(shui)(shui)(shui)力條件:斜管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)徑、間距(ju)足夠(gou)小時(shi),(一(yi)(yi)般(ban)在(zai)30mm左右),水(shui)(shui)(shui)流處于層流狀態,此(ci)時(shi)顆粒(li)的(de)(de)(de)沉(chen)(chen)降,不受(shou)水(shui)(shui)(shui)流干擾,提高了(le)一(yi)(yi)個混凝(ning)反(fan)應區(qu),原(yuan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)進入(ru)后,先經混凝(ning)反(fan)應懸浮雜質絮凝(ning)成(cheng)較大(da)(da)顆粒(li),再進入(ru)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)區(qu),確保(bao)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)效果,由于設(she)置(zhi)了(le)反(fan)應區(qu),本設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)比傳統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)化凈水(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)混凝(ning)時(shi)間更長,沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)效果更好(hao),一(yi)(yi)般(ban)情況下進水(shui)(shui)(shui)濁度在(zai)1000ppm以(yi)內時(shi),沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)濁度已≤15ppm。
2、重力式自動反洗過濾器
本(ben)裝置設計為(wei)水力自動反沖,其工作運行原理(li)如下:
過濾時的流程是:經沉(chen)淀或澄清(qing)后的清(qing)水(shui)(shui),經配(pei)水(shui)(shui)槽(cao)、U型管進入虹吸上升管,再由頂蓋內的布(bu)水(shui)(shui)擋板(ban)均勻地布(bu)水(shui)(shui)于濾料層(ceng)中,水(shui)(shui)自上而(er)下(xia)通(tong)過濾料層(ceng)過濾,過濾水(shui)(shui)從小阻力配(pei)水(shui)(shui)系統進入集水(shui)(shui)區,即出(chu)水(shui)(shui)箱儲存,當水(shui)(shui)位上升到(dao)出(chu)水(shui)(shui)管時,過濾水(shui)(shui)就(jiu)流入清(qing)水(shui)(shui)池。
濾(lv)池剛投入運行時(shi),濾(lv)料(liao)層(ceng)(ceng)較清潔,但當(dang)運行到(dao)一定時(shi)間之(zhi)后由(you)于濾(lv)料(liao)層(ceng)(ceng)中(zhong)(zhong)固體顆粒雜質的逐漸增多,因此(ci)水(shui)(shui)(shui)頭損失也隨(sui)之(zhi)增加,水(shui)(shui)(shui)位就沿(yan)著虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)上升管(guan)(guan)慢(man)慢(man)升高(gao),當(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)頭損失增大(da)到(dao)一定程度之(zhi)后,使(shi)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)上升管(guan)(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)位升高(gao)到(dao)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)輔助(zhu)管(guan)(guan)口急速流下(xia),依靠(kao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)流的挾氣(qi)和引射作用及抽氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)不斷帶走虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)的空氣(qi),使(shi)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)形成真空,虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)上升管(guan)(guan)中(zhong)(zhong)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)便大(da)量地越過(guo)管(guan)(guan)頂(ding),沿(yan)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)下(xia)降管(guan)(guan)落下(xia),這時(shi),就開始了反沖(chong)過(guo)程。沖(chong)洗(xi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)經過(guo)連桶管(guan)(guan)、集(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui)區和配水(shui)(shui)(shui)系統從下(xia)而上沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)料(liao)層(ceng)(ceng),沖(chong)洗(xi)的廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過(guo)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)流入排水(shui)(shui)(shui)井排出。在(zai)沖(chong)洗(xi)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)位逐漸下(xia)降,約(yue)沖(chong)洗(xi)5min左右(you),水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位下(xia)降到(dao)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)破壞器時(shi),虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)即被破壞,沖(chong)洗(xi)過(guo)程就此(ci)結束,過(guo)濾(lv)又重新(xin)開始。
設置本裝置,可省去了傳統機械反沖水泵,同時不需要抽取清水池的清水反沖用水,使整個系統因減少了反沖洗泵及相關的管道、閥門、管件而變得更為簡單,大大地減輕操作管理強度及設備設資。由于反沖是視濾層的堵塞程度而自動進行,減少了人為操作的失誤,整套裝置甚至可以在無人操作的狀態下行動。 由此可見,采用組合式自動一體化凈水裝置作為中小(xiao)型自(zi)水(shui)廠(chang)的(de)凈化(hua)設(she)施有很多其(qi)他設(she)備無可(ke)(ke)比擬的(de)優點(dian)。它的(de)采用(yong),將(jiang)使整(zheng)個處(chu)理(li)系統變得更加簡單、方便(bian)和可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)。
三、一體化凈(jing)水(shui)器設備工(gong)作原理
混凝(ning)池:投加混凝(ning)劑的原水由進水管進入混凝(ning)池內,用(yong)特(te)制的攪拌機(ji)攪動,使水中的懸浮物和(he)混凝(ning)劑充分接觸反應形成礬花(hua)。一(yi)般凈水裝(zhuang)置(zhi)是(shi)(shi)采用(yong)渦(wo)流反應來使水和(he)混凝(ning)劑混和(he),但效果(guo)受(shou)水量(liang)的變(bian)化(hua)而不(bu)穩定(ding)。而一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)凈水器凈水裝(zhuang)置(zhi)用(yong)攪拌機(ji)混和(he),是(shi)(shi)不(bu)會(hui)受(shou)到水量(liang)變(bian)化(hua)而影響效果(guo)。
沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)室:水經(jing)過添加混凝劑混凝后形(xing)成(cheng)礬花,流到(dao)設備(bei)的沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)池內進(jin)行沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian),沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)池采用斜管沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)法(fa),經(jing)過梯形(xing)斜板沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)室沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)完成(cheng)固液分離,沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)下來的污泥(ni)排入泥(ni)斗(dou)。
過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)池(chi):經沉淀后的(de)水(shui)流到(dao)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)池(chi)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv),濾(lv)(lv)池(chi)分(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)底部為(wei)(wei)(wei)布水(shui)管,中部為(wei)(wei)(wei)石英砂,上部為(wei)(wei)(wei)無(wu)煙煤的(de)結(jie)構。過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)速度為(wei)(wei)(wei)10m/h,最后清(qing)水(shui)流到(dao)清(qing)水(shui)池(chi)內消毒處理后飲(yin)用。過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)池(chi)反沖周期為(wei)(wei)(wei)12小(xiao)時左右,反沖時間為(wei)(wei)(wei)5-10分(fen)鐘(zhong)。
